Exclusive Training Opportunity with The Leadership Institute

On Saturday, 1 November, our international friends from the Leadership Institute will deliver a day-long training program in Perth. 

Based in Washington DC, the Leadership Institute is a world-class organisation dedicated to training centre-right candidates, campaigners and party members. 

This is a valuable opportunity to learn from Ron Nehring and his colleagues about effective grassroots organising, how to develop more persuasive arguments and how technology is changing campaigns.

These sessions are available to all members of the WA Liberal Party.

Date: Saturday 1 November

Time: 9:00am registration for a 9:30am start. Concludes at 4:00pm.

Venue: Bentley Technology Hub - 2 Brodie Hall Drive, Bentley

On Ron Nehring

Ron Nehring is Director of International Programs at the Leadership Institute. He has more than three decades of experience in public policy, political strategy, and communications.

In 2016, Ron served as National Spokesman for Senator Ted Cruz’s Presidential campaign, helping to lead one of the most formidable campaigns in modern Republican primary history.

Ron previously served as Chairman of the California Republican Party, where he turned around a financially troubled organisation, restored its credibility, and implemented professional systems to support candidates and campaigns across the state.

At the local level, Ron was elected to public office in San Diego County in 2020.

His work at the local, state, national, and international levels means Ron is uniquely equipped with a rare combination of practical experience and strategic vision.
